For customers who haven't pre-purchased tickets online, their printed tickets will automatically open the gate when they are scanned. This means that there is no requirement to have any staff at the main entry point as the barriers will control access whichever of the ticketing options are chosen.
Visitors simply scan the barcode on their tickets (either from the screen of their mobile device or the physical ticket they purchased from the box office) and the automated entry point grants them access. The barriers also automatically detect if a ticket is invalid for any reason and will not open.
